new york
day 4. thursday.
we started the day with vintage shopping.
i bought a super comfy vintage plaid shirt [not pictured]
that i practically live in now.
i took my parents to novecento.
we were practically in argentina.
yeah, i'm no where close to being a vegetarian. |
next we made our way to pop bar.
there were way too many choices.
but chocolate hazelnut always wins.
and across the street was molly's cupcakes.
this creme brulee cupcake was divine.
i wish i would have bought 7,500 of them.
it was that heavenly.
i found waverly place.
no sign of the wizards...
i bought shoes.
comfiest shoes on the planet. i also live in these. |
it might have been a couple weeks later that i realized these shoes are two different sizes! oh well, i laugh and get the smaller one stretched. good thing they are adorbs! |
my parents decided to take a nap in washington square park...
with the hobos. :)
i continued shopping...
why do we not wear beautiful dresses like this? don't mind the giant arm due to the weird angle. |
we ate at otto for dinner.
[mario batali's place]
yummy.
we prepared ourselves for the emotional roller-coaster
audra and norm were about to take us on in "porgy and bess"
depressing love story.
but beautiful.
