happy oscars!
this evening was the glorious event known as the oscars.
let me first take a moment to show off my dad's talents.
recently, my dad has found pinterest.
this week he made cheesecake.
despite my intense dislike for cheesecake,
his cheesecake looked pretty delicious.
after our delicious dinner, princess3 and i watched the rest of the red carpet festivities.
when princess4 and her hubs returned from their sunday duties
we began our oscar competition.
so, here's the deal, after the nominees are announced we pause (oh the blessings of modern technology)
then we all make our guesses.
each correct choice = 1 point
at the end of the evening whoever has the most points wins!
last year, princess3 and i tied, but i received the coveted "golden barbie" award.
however, this year, the padre and i tied.
and i bestowed the award to him.
