my day in a nutshell. mar 10.

1. today i woke up to a bright yellow spot... i fell asleep while reading with a highlighter.

learned my lesson.

that highlighter created spots all over me.

man, i'm brilliant.

2. princess2 and i got ready and went to the pleasanton farmer's market.

we bought many delicious things... 

but the kettle corn is always most important.

princess2 agrees.

3. after finding out princess2hubs class was cancelled, we headed out to berkeley...

for the flea market...

which was not very impressive.

and too much "incense"

4. so we drove across the bay to experience the hamburgers at joe's cable car.

princess2 and her hubs seemed a little concerned.

but, in the end, it was a pleasant experience.

5. although we were full, there were too many things to try to cave into that.

we headed to bi-rite for ice cream.

there was a huge line outside and it was misting beautifully, but the ice cream was worth it!

so delicious!!!

i broke my spoon.
but my banana/chocolate ice cream was still delicious!

6. after picking up melex from the ballet, we went to "the art of dr. seuss" exhibit.

um... that's about it. and that's all we saw.

7. we walked around the "pretty house" neighborhood.

yeah, that's a turn table down there to turn your car around.

8. while returning to the car we ran into a nice russian man with 8 dogs.

as mel, princess2 and i played with the puppies, 

al and the russian got into a religious discussion.

it was an interesting conversation and i left with this ticket...

can you believe i almost lost my ticket?

9. then we met up with j&b at paragon!

such delicious food! mushroom cigars... so good.

10. just when you thought we were done eating... we went to scream for amazing sorbet.

i literally tried almost every flavor.

pints? oh yes. guava? i die.

princess2 was rebellious and came in without shoes.
and then sat on their pumpkin!

11. on our way home we stopped at safeway for turkey bacon

 and met the softest little puppy named tootsie.

she liked princess2 a lot.
