after work today i went over to alyssa's apartment
to share with her the gloriousness of afghan gulpea.
we pulverized those onions like no one ever has before.

i sprayed food on myself.
she gave me a cantaloupe.
she made absolutely perfect rice --
and the gulpea was wonderful.

she got the flu... that's what pride does to you.
we were too full for dessert.
we watched "steel magnolias" which she had never seen,
but got it from netflix on a whim.
she fell asleep during the important part.
oh, and here was my fruit picture.
